In secure electronic practice managemnt systems (Cliniko)/ in secure physical files/ with reputable third-party service providers that assist us in operating our practice.

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for providing access where permitted by law.

Health records are retained for the minimum periods required under applicable Australian and Victorian laws before destruction or de-identification is considered. Hard copies are shredded and electronic records are disposed of using secure methods. These include permanent deletion from practic management software and electronic storage systems.
